If you own or work for a landscaping company, you can earn up to $20 per hour for footage of your everyday work with Shift.

Property permission matters

Your company may be hired to maintain a site without having permission to film it. Before recording, verify the service agreement and the property owner’s rules. Avoid addresses, faces, security features, vehicle information, and anything else that identifies a customer unnecessarily.

Keep normal safety procedures intact

Recording should never interfere with hearing protection, eye protection, equipment guards, traffic awareness, weather precautions, or communication between crew members. The operator must be able to stop recording whenever conditions change.

Choose work that happens routinely

The application should describe what the crew actually does, how often it happens, and where. Do not manufacture a demonstration or claim access to specialized work merely because the business offers it occasionally.

Shift pays up to $20 per hour for footage. Available recording opportunities can vary.

Owners can apply for the company. Individual workers can apply too, but they still need authorization from the business and the relevant property.

Sign up for Shift and tell us about your landscaping operation.
