Instead of rating a search result or reviewing an AI answer, an eligible contributor records how work is actually performed: preparing tools, diagnosing a problem, handling materials, completing a repair, maintaining equipment, cleaning a commercial environment, or carrying out another approved hands-on process.
Shift pays up to $20/hour for footage. The program serves eligible business owners and workers in physical industries; it does not accept household tasks recorded inside private homes.
